## A New Chapter in London Dining

The London restaurant landscape has welcomed a fresh collaboration featuring a notable
name from the world of entertainment. Theo James, widely recognized for his roles
in the “Divergent” film series and the hit television production “The White Lotus,”
has officially entered the hospitality sector. James has joined forces with seasoned
restaurateur Ed Templeton and professional chef Naz Hassan to introduce two unique
Italian dining concepts to the city.

## Regional Specializations at Lupa and Ornella

The partnership has resulted in the launch of two sister eateries, each designed
to highlight the distinct culinary traditions of Italy. The first venue, Lupa, focuses
on the classic, robust dishes associated with Roman cuisine. By centering the menu
on the flavors of Italy’s capital, the team aims to provide a specific regional
experience that differentiates it from standard Italian fare found elsewhere in
the capital.

Complementing the Roman influence of Lupa is its sister establishment, Ornella.
This venue shifts the focus to Northern Italy, specifically highlighting the culinary
heritage of Milan. The establishment of two separate venues allows the team to explore
the diverse gastronomic landscape of Italy, offering patrons a choice between the
hearty, historic traditions of Rome and the sophisticated, distinct palate of Milanese
cooking.

## Collaborative Expertise

The venture relies on a blend of creative and operational expertise. While Theo
James brings his profile to the project, the operational success of the restaurants
is anchored by the experience of Ed Templeton, a known figure in the restaurant
industry, and the culinary direction of chef Naz Hassan. The collaboration represents
a strategic move to bring authentic regional Italian dining to London, leveraging
the combined strengths of the entertainment and hospitality sectors.

As these two venues begin their operations, they join a competitive and vibrant
London food scene. By segmenting their offerings into two specialized restaurants
rather than a single, generalized Italian eatery, the team behind Lupa and Ornella
is positioning their brand to appeal to diners seeking specific regional authenticity.
Whether guests are drawn to the Roman-inspired menu at Lupa or the Milanese offerings
at Ornella, the project marks a significant new venture for the trio involved.
